Who I am as a JV coach
I am a personal-brand coach, which means you are working with me directly, not with an agency. My work sits at the intersection of relationships and systems. I believe course businesses scale through real relationships with the right people, and I believe those relationships only compound when you build a system around them.
I do not sell hustle. The entrepreneurs seeing consistent growth are not grinding harder than everyone else. They are simply surrounded by the right people, and they have a process for staying useful to those people, so the deals find them. My job is to install that process.
My JV coaching philosophy
My philosophy is relationship-first and systems-minded. A joint venture is a real relationship before it is a promotion. If you treat partners as channels, you get transactional results that fade. If you treat them as relationships and run a system around them, the results compound.
This is why I talk about alignment and intention rather than tactics. Tactics get you a single promotion. A system built on real relationships gets you a pipeline that keeps producing. The two are not in conflict. The system is what makes the relationships work at scale.
The programs I run
I run two programs, and they exist because course creators kept arriving at my door from two different places. DealFlow System came first, a documented sequence I teach to creators who have a real offer and a real list but no repeatable way to promote with partners. Flow Mastermind grew out of what those creators needed next, a standing peer group for people whose promotions already run and who wanted each other in the room. The short version is that DealFlow installs the system and the mastermind scales it.
Both are built on the same belief, that business should feel human, connected, and mutually beneficial. The programs differ in structure, not in philosophy.
Who I coach
I coach entrepreneurs and course creators who want to scale without paid ads. That includes creators running their first real launch, creators who have a list and need a repeatable promotion process, and established creators who want a peer network to compound their deal flow.
The common thread is that they are done with cold outreach and bought traffic as the growth strategy, and they want partnerships to be the engine instead. If that is you, we will probably get along.
